- Reservation Policy
- Parking reservations are available exclusively for designated Packer home games, Family Night, and select event dates.
- Reservations are valid only for the lot, date, and vehicle specified during booking.
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking through our secure online system.
- Pricing and Fees
- Prices for each parking lot are displayed on the website and app and include applicable sales tax and processing fees unless otherwise noted.
- Day-of parking may be available at a different rate and is not guaranteed.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
- In the event of a game cancellation or rescheduling, we will provide instructions regarding the transfer or refund of your reservation.
- Entry Requirements
- Guests must present their QR code to attendants upon arrival.
- Entry may be denied if vehicle information does not match the reservation, or if the QR code is not presented.
- Lot Rules and Conduct
- Vehicles must park only in designated areas.
- Tailgating is permitted only in compliance with posted guidelines.
- Disorderly conduct, littering, or violation of posted rules may result in removal without refund.
- Liability
- Packer Gameday Parking is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss to any vehicle or personal property.
- Guests assume all risk associated with parking and attendance.
- Privacy
- Personal data collected during the reservation process is used solely for service delivery, communication, and customer support.
